Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Hypermint’s website-as-a-service offering. By starting a Hypermint subscription, you agree to these Terms. This page is a starting point — please customize it with your attorney before launch.

1. Subscription

Your subscription is billed monthly at $495 USD unless you and Hypermint have agreed on an alternative billing arrangement in writing. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

2. Ownership

You own all original content you provide and all designs and code we deliver as part of your site, subject to commercially reasonable licenses on third-party fonts, plugins, and dependencies.

3. Limitations

Hypermint is not responsible for downtime, lost revenue, or indirect damages arising from third-party services (e.g. DNS registrars, email providers).
